The best excuse for a pub crawl

"A pub can be a magical place." 9/29/17

Searching for the World's Oldest Pub

We ricocheted all over Europe on a quest to grab a pint at the oldest pub in the world. From Nottingham, England, to Athlone, Ireland, watering holes all over Europe claim to have been pulling pints long before anyone else. Will we find the answers we're looking for? Maybe, but one thing's for sure: this has got to be the best excuse for a pub crawl there is. Cheers!

Living with 80,000 Birds

Resting on a steep hill on the island of San Pascual, Philippines, is a house that's home to one man and 80,000 birds. These tiny black-and-brown birds are known as "swiftlets," and they're a hot commodity in the country. Their nests are formed from hardened saliva, the very special ingredient used to make bird's nest soup, a Filipino delicacy.

Soaring Over Dubai With a Paralyzed Skydiver

The best way to take in the spectacular Dubai landscape is from 10,000 feet in the air—at least, according to skydiver Jarrett Martin. With over 1,000 jumps in the city under his belt, he should know. After an accident left him without use of his legs, Jarrett didn't let his love of skydiving wane. Thanks to adaptations made to his landing style and modified equipment, Jarrett is still able to fly high and free.
