Dear Bhinneka,

We are sorry you were not able to register in time for the broadcast of Rising above recession: the data-led approach, which took place on February 14th 2023.

Over this one-hour discussion, we explored how businesses can make the case for investment in data in these uncertain times; which data strategies are proven to be effective, and understood what a good ROI might look like. We also looked to the future by keeping in mind how artificial intelligence and automation can come into play.

The video recording of the session is now available on-demand. Please register for instant access to the free recording.

Here's a few snippets of the insights shared:
  • We are mindful of the increasing pressures on the consumer, which creates an additional focus on how to use data to create value for customers and members. Personalisation is a theme that many industries are starting to think about, particular for those who are starting to become more committed towards a data analytics roadmap.

  • Every investment should come with a measurable outcome. Setting the right goal, the right problem to be solved, will help decide what is the right investment. Businesses should start small, fail fast and early. They should also push for adoption at all levels, not just the technology; good ROI is where there is adoption.

  • Culture is the most important, enablement is the second, and platform is the third. Investing in transforming the culture of the organisation, creating the understanding and mindset, and responsible use of data is essential for an effective data strategy.

Great insights are meant to be shared so we've made it easy for you to share the event details with a peer.
