Copenhagen edges Toronto and Singapore for top spot in Safe Cities Index
 
Singapore (3rd) and Tokyo (5th) remain in the top five with Sydney coming in 4th. The remaining top ten cities are: Amsterdam (6th), Wellington (7th), Hong Kong and Melbourne (tied 8th) and Stockholm (10th).
