Hello CNBC Make It readers! I'm Alicia Adamczyk, a money reporter for Make It. You might notice that this is a different format from the other Make It newsletters you've received. That's because we're changing things up a bit. Rather than send a daily feed of stories, each Wednesday I'll break down the most pressing issues of the week, answer reader questions about finances and careers, and share links I think you'll find interesting.
A little about me: I've been a reporter at Make It for two years, covering everything from stimulus to housing costs to the GameStop saga, as well as working on the Millennial Money series. Prior to CNBC, I covered similar topics at Lifehacker and Money magazine. Outside of work, I stay busy running, reading and daydreaming about traveling again. My latest obsession is scouring eBay, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace for vintage goods and antique furniture. (If you have thrifting tips, I'd love to hear them!)
