NEW NORTH KOREAN LAUNCH: North Korea fires projectile that may have landed in Japanese waters

The South Korean military says North Korea test-fired an unidentified projectile Monday off the communist country's eastern coast. Officials in Tokyo say the projectile may have landed in Japanese territorial waters inside the Sea of Japan.
